HAIL Complaints and Compliments Policy

HAIL is committed to providing the best possible housing and support services to our tenants and service users. HAIL acknowledges and believes strongly in the rights of tenants and service users to be treated in a respectful and professional manner.

This policy refers to complaints and compliments about HAIL, staff, volunteers and services. Complaints about services outside the remit of HAIL are not covered by this policy.

Complaints will be taken seriously, handled appropriately, sensitively and will be responded to in a constructive way. Attempts will be made to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

There may also be times when you are very satisfied with the services that have provided and we would like to hear from you regarding this. All compliments can be forwarded to our head office either by post or via email info@hail.ie. 

In addition, if you have any suggestions on ways our services can be improved or if there are services you would like us to provide we would be delighted to hear from you.
