HAIL were delighted to be shortlisted and receive Special Recognition at the HSE Health Service Excellence Awards 2017 for our Slán Abhaile project.

HAIL, in partnership with the HSE Dublin North City Mental Health Services (CHO Area 9), namely three Community Rehabilitation Teams (Blanchardstown, Whitepoint and Lawrences Road) worked in collaboration on the Slán Abhaile project to move people from mental health congregated settings into independent living in the community with floating support.

The aim of the Health Service Excellence Awards is to encourage and inspire people to develop better services that result in easier access and higher quality services for patients and to promote pride in the health services.  The Awards also aim to highlight the many achievements that take place across a range of staff groups, teams, services and locations so successes can be celebrated and promote shared learning for the benefit of other services.
