HAIL in partnership with SHINE and the Celbridge Manor Hotel will be taking part in a Positive Wellness Day on Jan 11th in Celbridge, Co Kildare.

It’s a day dedicated to positive mental and physical well-being.

Alongside HAIL, there will be exhibitors promoting all aspects of wellbeing, from physical wellbeing and fitness to all things mental health.

Rory's Stories

Rory from Rory’s Stories will speak about his own experiences of mental health and form part of the panel discussion. Come along and get 2020 off to the best possible start.
