Fortunestown, Tallaght

As part of a consortium with three other housing associations HAIL has acquired 11 two-bed and 11 one-bed units in Tallaght. Our partner associations are Cluid, Sophia, and Sonas. The total number of units managed by the consortium is 119 proving a mix of accommodation for people with a variety of housing and support needs. The development is part of a wider social housing mix including shared ownership and affordable housing.

Shared on-site communal facilities are provided with each association having access to meeting rooms and offices.

This is the first such consortium in the South Dublin County Council area and will be monitored by those involved as a model of good practice that could be replicated in other local authority areas.
