North Inner City

HAIL has 3 properties in the North Inner city. There are 4 one bed apartments in our Belvedere Place property, providing accommodation for 2 couples and 2 single people. Seville Place has 3 one bed apartments for 3 men who had been previously living in insecure and inappropriate accommodation in the area. The Belvedere Rd. property provides shared accommodation for 4 women.

Belvedere Place

This HAIL house was purchased in November 2000 and renovated and refurbished to provide four one-bedroom apartments. This particular housing project is modeled on the success HAIL has had with other inner city projects providing permanent accommodation with personal support to people with mental health difficulties.

Belvedere Road

A north inner city house renovated in 1998 and providing shared accommodation. This project has been highly acclaimed winning a AIB Better Ireland Award and a Guinness Living Dublin Award. The property was also profiled by RTE for the People in Need Telethon.

Seville Place

One of our housing projects to come on stream in 2001. The house has been converted into three one-bedroom apartments.
