HAIL strives to provide our tenants with the best possible housing and support services. However, we may not always achieve this and we want our tenants to tell us when we fail to deliver so we can improve our service to you. We will always treat all complaints seriously. Should our service fall below standard or we have made a mistake, we will apologise and make every effort to sort things out as soon as possible.
On the other hand, we also love to receive your positive feedback and we welcome your thoughts on what we are doing well so we can continue to offer a great service to you. We are always open to suggestions on how we can improve our service so please feel free to send us your opinions.
