Our Client Engagement Service is designed to benefit all HAIL tenants in promoting community engagement and ongoing positive mental health. Our Client Engagement Officer's make contact with tenants who no longer have an active HAIL Mental Health Tenancy Sustainment Worker. The service allows HAIL to ensure important details such as next of kin and personal contact details such as phone numbers, are kept up to date. The Client Engagement Service can also offer a general check in and support review to see if there are any changes or current issues that we can be of assistance with. The Client Engagement Officer's can also keep tenants up to date about activities and events which may be of interest to them, both within HAIL and in their local areas.
